Norman has over 30 years of experience advising major telecom, Internet, technology, and media companies through major transformational programs including strategic new product revenue growth and substantial cost reduction. In addition, Norman has assisted innovative start-ups looking to scale their businesses and disrupt mature industries/markets. Norman is currently the founder and managing partner at Imagine Wireless, a consulting firm driving digital transformation across the telecom and the industrial sectors. Prior to this role, Norman was a vice president at IBM responsible for their telecom network practice and a managing partner at Accenture, leading part of their communications, media, and high-tech Industry. Norman holds a bachelor’s degree in physics from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from The Catholic University of America. He resides in Washington D.C.

Todd joined the STEP CG team as Sr. VP Solution of Engineering in March 2020. Todd is responsible for the execution of STEP CG solutions and services for to our customers. Prior to joining STEP CG, he was the Chief Security Officer at Cradlepoint, and also served as Vice President of Solution Engineering. Prior to Cradlepoint he held global technology leadership positions at Starent Networks (purchased by Cisco), 3Com, USRobotics, and several startups in the field of intelligent wireless, cellular and wireline networking.
Todd is a seasoned network architect and cyber security leader with over 20 years of experience with enterprise and mobile network operator IP networks. He is known for leading technology teams delivering innovative yet pragmatic solutions to global wireless operators and enterprises as they build secure, next-generation wireless networks.
Todd earned a Master of Science in Information Technology from Northwestern University, Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Illinois University and holds a CISSP® Certification with several other technology and cyber risk management credentials.

Linden Willis-Kilgroe is the senior product marketing manager for private cellular networks at Cradlepoint. Linden is focused on bringing NetCloud Private Networks to market with compelling messaging and positioning. After getting his mechanical engineering degree from UCLA, he started his career building solar arrays and mechanisms for military satellites. More recently, Linden spent 10 years in the LED lighting industry, delivering in multiple functional areas including engineering and marketing.

James has a finance degree from Weber State University and an MBA in Marketing from Vanderbilt University. When not at work, James enjoys outdoor recreational sports and is proud of the fact that he has only had to call search and rescue once.
Chris Lafleur is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers. He has worked in the Toronto restaurant market for more than eight years, with venues including private clubs, historic properties, and the first North American location of Michelin Star Chef Alfonso Iaccarino’s Don Alfonso 1890. He has led seminars and tastings privately with clients in their homes, as well as publicly with the Toronto Public Library. His focus is on the chemical properties of wines and how these properties pair well with food. With The Sommelier Company, Chris has applied his expertise to creating hundreds of engaging virtual events for attendees throughout the world.
